Ms. Crouch was born and raised in North Tonawanda. She attended NTHS where she played soccer, basketball and softball. Ms. Crouch attended The College at Brockport for her undergrad degrees in Health and Physical Education and completed her masters degree at Canisius. She has worked in the North Tonawanda School District teaching and coaching since 2010. 

Currently Ms. Crouch is splitting her teaching time between Spruce and Ohio. She is also in her third season as the girls Varsity Soccer coach in North Tonawanda.
